Become an Information Assistant at this year’s Look Look Again: Visual Art and Design Festival

Information Assistants will be integral to the festival, as they will be the first point of call for the public wishing to participate, or obtain more information about the artworks. They will be situated at 6 sites forming the Look at Me Sculpture Trail as well as supporting the organisers throughout the festival. They will also be promoting the festival through social media to aid in engaging the public with the artworks.

What do we look for in an Information Assistant?

• Be available on one or more days between the 8th-12th April 2015 // between hours of 10-5

• Be confident and have good conversation skills

• Be friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing

• Familiar with social media platforms

What does being an Information Assistant entail?

• Interpreting historical figures and the artists contemporary response to give this information in an engaging way

• Answer questions, give information and converse with the public, helping people to understand and engage with the project

• Working outdoors

• Promoting project online through social media furthering the marketing reach
