A collaboration between dance and visual art

The Snyver Project presents their work-in-progress ‘wiring movement’; combining movement, sculpture and print mediums towards a visual art performance. Using sculptural translations of drawings a space is created for movement explorations. The showing at Peacock Visual Arts marks a new phase in the work to date and is the result of a week long residency funded by Citymoves Dance Agency. This residency will work towards a performance and exhibition in April 2014 during Glasgow International Festival.

Dominic Snyder and Penny Chivas have been working together since early 2012 in Glasgow. The Snyver Project works on performances, educational workshops and visual art exhibitions.
