SSW are offering a limited number of Summer Graduate Micro Residencies between August and September 2013. The SGM Residency is highly subsidised and costs £140 for two weeks. This affordable residency programme offers recent graduates the opportunity to develop their practice with the time, space, facilities and technical support to realise projects after university.

The SGM Residency is part of our Open Access programme and is offered to graduates from 2012 & 2013. The residency includes self-catering accommodation, studio space, access to facilities and technical support. Material costs are not included and you will need to consider this as part of your personal budget.

To submit an application to this programme please complete a Residency Application and send it to with Summer Graduate Micro Residency and your name in the subject line.

Residencies are available to start from 12th August until the end of September 2013. You must specify dates for the two-week residency in your application form.

Limited availability. Applications will be accepted until 26th August 2013, or until all SGM Residency spaces have been filled. Apply ASAP to avoid disappointment.

**Please Note: Graduates interested in working with Iron, there is an Iron Casting course taking place 19th – 23rd August 2013. SGM Residents are welcome to participate for a supplement fee of £100 + pour charges. You must book your SGM Residency over the Iron Casting course week and state your interest ASAP.
