AIYF: Summer Courses

March 21, 2013

Applications for some of the 2013 Summer Courses are open now.  The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and YDance courses are open for applications now – see below for more details.  All courses will run between the dates of July 22 – August 3rd with programmes running for  a variety of times and dates during this time.  Please check the website regularly for updates.

One of the main aims of the festival is to provide an accessible educational scheme where young artists from the North east and around the UK can come together in a creative environment to improve their skills.

Musicians, dancers, pipers and singers are all encouraged to come along and experience our workshops and master-classes, carried out each year by some of the best tutors from around Scotland and Europe.

We are committed to nurturing and encouraging talent across the arts sectors with varying abilities, so that young people can learn from being a part of the creative process.

This year we have a variety of summer arts courses that young people can take part in. So come along and get involved in one of the world’s foremost festivals of youth arts.
