A truly environmental event dictated to by the nature both weather and river conditions, where Aberdeen Kayakers Club create a colourful, visual, moving link on the River Don between Dyce and Donmouth. The River Don Arist in Residence invites you to bring your words and poems to the collection points below and then watch the Kayakers moving off down river, filming their progress both on the Kayakes and riverbank, to arrive at the Donmouth at 1.30pm where the collected words will be handed over and used to inform the Public Art Plan and where hot drinks await the Kayakers arrival.
