SSW NEWS

FCA&C will be hosting their 2012 Artists’ Forum on Saturday 6 October 2012 at Rothes Halls, Glenrothes, in collaboration with ON at Fife.

The day will begin with a short series of updates on major art structures, nationally and locally.  After this (and following recent consultation with artists), this year the forum will concentrate on two main areas for the rest of the day – using social media as a marketing tool and a session on funding and how to make applications.

Kate Pickering, jeweller and creator of Vanilla Ink, will talk about getting the best from social media, and Fiona Pilgrim of the Cultural Enterprise Office will lead the session about funding.  Booking forms are downloadable from FCA&C’s website – to get a copy emailed to you, please contact FCA&C.

The deadline for booking is Friday 28 September 2012.
